How to File a Claim with KSCM

  1. To start, locate your PRO number, which was provided to you.
  2. Attach supporting documents and fill out the required fields.
  3. Click submit, and a representative will reach out within a few hours.

Once you’ve submitted a claim, please allow a few minutes to pass before updating your claim request.
